当地时间6月30日，在回答总台记者有关美国在乌克兰开展的生物实验活动提问时，俄罗斯外交部长拉夫罗夫表示，俄方对此事的调查仍在继续。根据材料可在总体上得出结论：美国五角大楼在乌克兰设立的实验室一直在开发《禁止生物武器公约》中规定的生物武器。
他表示，俄罗斯国防部继续向世界公众提供相关材料，引起了极大关切。
