当地时间2月16日，据挪威广播电视公司报道，挪威议会宣布向乌克兰提供750亿挪威克朗（约合人民币501亿元）援助。这笔钱将在5年内平均分配，用于对乌克兰的军事支持和人道主义支持。据报道，挪威2023年的国防预算为758亿挪威克朗。（总台记者郝晓丽）
