乌克兰副总理韦列修克11日表示，目前不可能通过军事手段为亚速钢铁厂守军解围，乌方正在考虑通过人道主义走廊从亚速钢铁厂撤离重伤员或者通过交换俘虏的方式撤离亚速钢铁厂守军。与俄方的相关谈判正在进行。
俄方对此暂无回应。
