【环球网报道】“拉夫罗夫排除在乌克兰使用核武器可能性”，俄新社19日以此为题报道称，俄罗斯外长拉夫罗夫在接受《今日印度》采访时称，俄方只考虑在乌克兰使用常规武器。
报道称，被问及俄罗斯在乌克兰是否会使用核武器，拉夫罗夫回答说，“只是（使用）常规武器。
